About Me

I’m Sophia. I love dancing in the kitchen with my family; eating Ben & Jerry’s Half Baked ice cream; long car journeys where I can dream and chat with my husband for hours (as long as my children are asleep!); and going for coastal walks. I hate it when people use apostrophes incorrectly!

I’m a blogger who hasn’t quite got with the times or mastered social media- I still write my ideas in a notebook before I type up my posts.

I love to read and listen and chat and think deeply with friends- I’m a firm believer that this is best done over a cup of tea (or maybe a glass of wine- but wine is more likely to leave me with a headache and I’m not sure Time for Wine has quite the same ring to it as Time for Tea!).
